Request deletion of social messaging data

To request deletion of information held by Electro Design from a Facebook or Instagram enquiry, email info@ed-iraq.com with the subject Social Manager data deletion request.

1. State whether you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram.
2. Identify the account you used and the approximate date of the enquiry. Include only information needed to locate your records.
3. Tell us whether your request concerns the enquiry, contact details or all relevant personal information held through this messaging workflow.

Never send your Facebook or Instagram password, verification code or identity documents in the initial request.

What happens next

Our authorized team will verify that the request concerns you, locate relevant records and review deletion or correction in our Odoo inbox and related CRM records, internal handoffs and exports. We may ask for proportionate confirmation through the original messaging channel. We will explain any necessary exception, such as an unresolved matter or required accounting record. Backup copies follow the applicable backup lifecycle and may not be erased immediately.

This is a manual request process; an automated deletion callback is not currently implemented. Deletion by Electro Design does not remove copies independently held by Meta or by the sender. You can also manage or disconnect authorized apps through your Facebook or Instagram settings; disconnecting access alone does not send us a deletion request.
